Shipping policy

Our shipping costs include a 2.50€ fee for the use of an insulated box to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Home deliveries are initially made to Metropolitan France.

The Customer is responsible for the information provided to ensure delivery under normal conditions, including name, recipient address and, if necessary, a door code and floor.

FRUTTINI BY MO cannot be held responsible for a return delivery due to an address error or the impossibility of delivering to the address indicated.

In the event that a delivery address is incomplete, FRUTTINI BY MO may contact the recipient directly by telephone if he/she is valid and available to complete the missing delivery information with him/her.
